Privacy Policy
Our business, including our affiliates (collectively, "we," "our," "us," or "the Company"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information from customers, users, and visitors to our website and related services. By accessing or using our website (the "Website"), any associated mobile applications, call tracking lines, customer dashboards, or portals (collectively, the "Sites"), you consent to the practices described herein. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Sites.
This Policy covers:
The information we collect and how you provide it through the Sites;
How we use and protect that information;
With whom we may share it; and
Your privacy rights and choices.
We provide this Policy to promote transparency and enable informed decisions about using our Sites and services. Our Sites are hosted in the United States, and by using them, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States as described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our services. We limit collection to what is necessary and only obtain personally identifiable information ("PII")—such as names, email addresses, or payment details—with your voluntary consent.
a. Information You Provide When you create an account, register, make a purchase, search for products, contact us via phone (including call tracking lines), email, or participate in promotions, surveys, or questionnaires, we collect:
Contact information (e.g., name, address, email, phone number);
Payment and shipping information (e.g., credit card details, billing address);
Purchase history and transaction details; and
Any other information you voluntarily submit.
b. Information Collected Automatically We and our third-party service providers may automatically collect non-personally identifiable information ("Non-PII") about your interactions with the Sites, including:
Device and usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system, unique device identifiers);
Site navigation and interaction data (e.g., pages viewed, time spent); and
Location data (approximate, based on IP address or device settings, if enabled).
For mobile access, we may collect additional details such as device type, mobile operating system, and app-specific data. You can limit this by adjusting your device settings.
c. Interest-Based Advertising When you interact with our Sites, advertisements, or third-party content via your devices (e.g., computer, phone), we and our partners use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, or similar technologies to collect Non-PII. This enables personalized advertising based on your inferred interests (e.g., browsing history). We do not use PII for this purpose and cannot identify you individually through these ads. For more on opting out, see Section 8.
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device to enhance functionality, analyze usage, and deliver targeted content. By using the Sites, you consent to our use of cookies as described. Our third-party providers may also use these technologies for analytics and advertising.
Types of cookies we use include:
Essential cookies (necessary for Site operation);
Analytics cookies (to understand usage patterns); and
Advertising cookies (for personalized ads).
You may disable cookies via your browser settings, though this may impair Site features. Note that cookie opt-outs do not apply to mobile apps; use device settings for those. We may use JavaScript or other code to facilitate data collection.
3. How We Use Collected Information
We use information for legitimate business purposes, including:
Providing and personalizing services (e.g., processing orders, managing accounts);
Communicating updates, promotions, or responses to inquiries;
Improving the Sites and user experience through analytics;
Marketing and advertising (e.g., targeted offers based on Non-PII);
Complying with legal obligations, preventing fraud, and enforcing terms; and
Aggregating data for internal research.
We may combine PII and Non-PII to enhance services but de-identify data where possible. Third-party providers assist with these functions under strict confidentiality agreements.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your PII. We may share information as follows:
With service providers (e.g., payment processors, analytics firms, shipping vendors) who perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it;
For legal reasons (e.g., responding to subpoenas or protecting rights);
In business transfers (e.g., mergers, with notice where required); or
With affiliates for internal operations.
SMS Opt-In Data: All categories of data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
We require recipients to safeguard shared data and limit use to specified purposes.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Sites are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect PII from them in violation of COPPA. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly. Users under 18 must have parental consent for certain activities. Parents or guardians may contact us at the address below to review or delete a child's information.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including encryption for sensitive data and access controls. However, no system is infallible; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Sites may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Review their policies before providing information.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
You have control over your information:
Opt-Out Options: Unsubscribe from marketing emails or SMS via links provided or by emailing opt-out@getsecuritypro.com For interest-based ads, use tools like the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out page or Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA).

Device Controls: Adjust cookie settings, location services, or app permissions on your device.

9. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law (e.g., transaction records for 7 years). Upon request or when no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on the Sites with the effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify you via email or Site notice.
